Noida International Airport Set to Gain New Momentum 130-Meter Road Approved, Ensuring Hassle-Free, Toll-Free Connectivity

The administration has given the green light to connect Greater Noida with the Noida International Airport via the 130-meter road. The Authority has already presented the budget proposal for this project during a recent board meeting.

Efforts to ensure superior connectivity following the inauguration of the Noida International Airport in Uttar Pradesh have been significantly accelerated. The administration has granted approval to link Greater Noida with the Noida International Airport using the 130-meter road. Furthermore, during a recent board meeting, the Authority formally submitted the budget proposal specifically for the land acquisition required for this project.

Consequently, the Yamuna Authority has commenced accelerated work on the construction of this road. This road has the potential to emerge as a major alternative to the Yamuna Expressway. It will make it easier for people to reach the airport without having to pay a toll.

Enhanced and Seamless Connectivity
The Yamuna Authority aims to provide the most seamless and convenient connectivity possible for the Noida International Airport. In addition to the Yamuna Expressway and the 60-meter road, the Authority is preparing to connect the 130-meter road to the Greater Noida Airport as well. The construction of this 130-meter road is slated to extend from Sirsa village on the Eastern Peripheral Expressway all the way to the airport.

The benefit of this project is that it will establish connections with the Film City, various commercial enterprises, and residential sectors. Furthermore, it will provide an additional route for commuters traveling to and from Delhi, Western Uttar Pradesh, Noida, and Ghaziabad. Moreover, it will serve as a superior alternative for sectors 1 through 8—and others—within the Yamuna region. Additionally, beyond the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, the Bundelkhand Expressway will also be integrated into this network.

The Authority Will Also Connect Several of Its Sectors
Not only this, but the Yamuna Authority is also preparing to connect several other new sectors to the 130-meter road in the near future. To ensure superior connectivity, more than six additional roads will be constructed to serve these sectors. The benefit of these six-plus roads will also extend to the villages located in the Rabupura and Jewar regions. For the villagers, commuting to and from Delhi via the 130-meter road will become significantly easier.

Facilitating Travel to Delhi and Western UP
This road has the potential to become a major alternative to the Yamuna Expressway. It will link the airport to NH-24 in Ghaziabad. Travelers heading toward the airport from Western UP, Delhi, and Ghaziabad will be able to reach their destination with ease by passing through Greater Noida. Simultaneously, this initiative will help alleviate vehicular pressure on the Yamuna Expressway. It will also establish connectivity with Sikandrabad and Bulandshahr.
