Jagran Correspondent, Greater Noida. All industrial zones in Greater Noida are set to be developed in a phased manner into model, state-of-the-art areas. The stretch of road extending from the Surajpur Roundabout to Ghanta Chowk and Pari Chowk will be modernized and beautified. Along this route, work will be undertaken to establish green belts, install smart streetlights and advanced lighting systems, construct fountains, and enhance the aesthetics of the sidewalks. These remarks were made by N.G. Ravi Kumar, CEO of the Greater Noida Authority, during a meeting held at his camp office with office bearers of the Industrial Business Association. He stated that extensive work regarding roads, drainage systems, sewerage, streetlights, high-mast lighting, landscaping, and other infrastructural improvements is currently being carried out on a large scale within the Sector Ecotech-3 industrial zone.

Similarly, comprehensive development works will be undertaken across other industrial zones as well. Entrepreneurs raised concerns regarding water billing issues, to which the CEO provided assurances that such matters would be resolved on a priority basis. Tenders have already been issued for laying new water pipelines in various industrial zones, and work has commenced in several locations.

Amit Upadhyay, President of the Industrial Business Association, remarked that development activities within the industrial zones are being executed under the leadership of the CEO. Improvements are being made to various amenities, including water supply and lighting. This initiative is expected to significantly enhance the overall image of the industrial sector.
