Hero Realty Acquires Land in Greater Noida for ₹218 Crore to Develop First Project Near Jewar Airport

Hero Realty, a renowned name in the real estate sector, has acquired a prime land parcel spanning 18,215 square meters in Greater Noida for ₹218 crore. This marks the company’s maiden project in this region, situated in close proximity to the Jewar International Airport.

This acquisition represents a significant stride for Hero Realty in its efforts to expand its footprint within the National Capital Region (NCR). The company secured this land at a price more than double the reserve price of ₹97 crore—a fact that underscores the developer’s confidence in the future growth potential of this locality.

Prime Location Near Jewar Airport
The land parcel is situated in Sector MU and lies in immediate proximity to Phase 1 of the recently inaugurated Jewar International Airport. This airport is poised to play a pivotal role in transforming the region into a major economic and connectivity hub within the NCR.

Robust Infrastructure and Connectivity
Sector MU also boasts excellent connectivity via the FNG Expressway and upcoming metro lines. Furthermore, the area is already equipped with established social infrastructure—such as schools and hospitals—making it an ideal location for residential developments.

Hero Realty’s Expansion Plan
This transaction in Greater Noida forms an integral part of Hero Realty’s broader expansion strategy for premium residential and plotted developments across North India. The company has recently launched projects such as ‘The Palatial’ in Gurugram and has also established a dedicated vertical named ‘Hero Earth.’ This latest acquisition seamlessly integrates into the company’s development pipeline, which currently exceeds 6 million square feet.
